My favorite Christmas tree was the one I made with cardboard and wrapping paper. I cut three different sized triangles and hooked them together and covered them in wrapping paper and used little pins to hold the lights and small balls.
She said balls.

HAAARRRR!!! You said “balls”! That’s so nice… truly… my favorite Christmas memories are of the silly things I “crafted” or drew for my recipients… including…. those rascally walnut shell turtles… and you know what I mean. Keep crafting!
